  • Thank you @pinuplove for the links! I think the 0 point foods were a nice idea, but really, what was working for me about WW before Freestyle was the even 30 points a day I got. That would almost always amount to around 1200 calories a day not including 0 point fruits and vegetables. It was flexible without being too loose.
