Mason jar salads are my fav right now. Any dressing or veggies on hand. Throw in pasta or beans. Make greek, Mexican, Chinese w cabbage, etc.

Thanks and you are right that it's just a Time saver for how things are right now. The meals include nutritional info that's on track for what I need and it's saving some leg work for now. When my schedule frees up and I get into a rhythm with everything then I'll probably cancel but it's a great way for me to get going on…

I wish it were easy but right now life is hectic and after I get home late from work and have college classes I'm taking the last thing I want to try to do is plan meals. I don't see it as a detour but a tool to help me during a crazy time stay on track.
