@z_misetich agreed! Intermittent fasting is good for us. The rule of thumb for me, not hungry, don’t eat until I am. I fasted (including sleep time) 17 hours before I had my first meal. 2 meals a day for me seems good right now. YES! And yes - agreed - it is not for everyone. I haven't felt this good in a very long time. My skin, hair and sleep has improved. I was a sugar craving fool and now all of my cravings are gone. I do enjoy eating this way. It is not "that " restrictive - there is some flexibility once you get through the first 60 days.
