Tried on my summer dresses today to motivate. The good: my size lg fit me in the right way and I know it will look even better as I progress. The good/sad: My dress with pockets (gave dress!) is too big. 😭

I dont know how long it has been, but I have been without soda as well! And Monster energy drinks. For a while I was drinking around 3 a day and still felt like I wasnt going to make it through a shift.

I did a maintenance day yesterday! Not purposely. My husband surprised me with a dinner date at a Chinese buffet. If my eyeballing was close to spot on, I am in the clear.... I purchase Premier Protein and use them as meal replacements for breakfast and dinner. In between i fit in multiple 100 calorie snacks. It helps me sustain until dinner, where I have room to eat a good dinner with my family. I get my protein for the day and calories to spare.

Working in the nursing field is amazing, we move and lift and squat. Really, it is great. Then someone brings in candy, donuts, or its a potluck day! Yesterday I was able to resist the donuts! I count that as a victory!

Wearing sundresses this summer! I have about 6 in my closet hanging now that I have taken out of storage. Last summer I was unable to wear them, this year they will be all I wear and they may even gain friends if I hit my goal by May! Goal by May is 170lbs.
