  • Lost 6.8lbs in May. At the beginning of May I took a week long diet break and ate at maintenance. I had been going strong since January 2nd and felt it was time. Now I plan on going another 4 months.

  • I wanna join! I have been going since January and have lost 31lbs but would like to lose 30-35 more. I am 5'3" and currently at 173.   • I don't know if I ser it as a NSV, but I am down .5 size in shoes. I have never in my adult life, that I recall, a size 6.5 in shoes. It definitely opens my eyes to where fat stores are.
