Personally I like the Bang energy drinks. I find them to be way better for you than the traditional ones (Monster,Red bull). Also I find that it has a higher quality of caffeine so you get a much smoother energy boost without the crash.

I have to second Kommodevaran. You sound stressed from trying to switch and change stuff to quickly. IF is a good tool but honestly if you have to eat say 1500 cal a day it doesn't matter if you eat it across 10 meals or 1 its still 1500 cal. Don't chase the number on the scale.
