Have you ever tried fasting? If it's medically safe for you, I'd recommend trying it. It's interesting how it changes your relationship with food.

Lots of vegetables with some lean protein like chicken or fish. You can eat a large volume of vegetables with that calorie count.

I like the flavor, and consider the health benefits to be similar to yogurt. But I don't drink it often because of all the sugar, and I typically just drink water.
