makes sense. thank you. I have atleast 10lbs to lose . im overweight according to my BMI. So i dont think its because its last few lbs.

i dont completely go back , even if i eat heavy meals for 2-3 days i gain back the water weight. thats what im saying

what is recomp ? i am overweight for my height. I am 5'4 and weigh 155 lbs

Very similar to mine. 5'4" 161 goal : 140 (dream goal 135 :D)

Go back into 150s. I am 161 lbs now. Few more lbs to be where i was at after postpartum.

yes the hormones /sleep and all could be an issue for gaining 20 lbs in that 1 year. I didnt measure yet. But my clothes fit me better for sure.

thank you so much for the motivation. Didnt expect my first post to cause so much activity haha. Just to clarify i am 165lbs now. (down from 171lbs). 146 lbs was my pre-pregnancy weight which is my goal. Seems like a long way ahead. Also calorie restriction is new to me , so im struggling with it.

I mean after the initial 7lbs now im not seeing any result since past few weeks and its getting harder to eat the 1300 calorie limit

thanks all for the comments I am using measuring cups mostly. and fruits i enter from the database based on size medium etc rice i measure in measuring cups and enter that. other packaged foods directly from the nutrition details on the labels, i enter that.

thank you for the reply But i was having a lot more calories before , lots of carbs , which are drastically reduced in the past 2 months. so i was expecting seeing better results.
