easier to get out of the tub! I used to dred the end of the bath when I had to hoist myself up - but I've been doing it without even thinking the last couple of months! I've only lost 15lbs, so I think it has more to do with my strength training :)

yesterday: MArch 5th: - stay in goal - nope! - hit gym yep! - after the fulll day - hit grocery store yep! - meal plan for the week just couldnt bring myself to it ugggh I'm not doing well the past couple of days goals for today 3/6 - bed by 8. start fresh tomorrow!

yeah - my friends are really as unhealthy as I have been, and it makes it harder to be healthy - we eat out a lot - even when I suggest other things lol - we end up at a resteraunt anyway. Then they order super delicious heavy foods - I dunno. I was trying so hard yesterday with dinner becuase I only had like 300 calories…

thanks for all your responses! I have settled in the "I deserve this" and "I'm gonna eat half" department. I tried to just go all out and eat what I would normally eat when out with frinds last week. They all ordered delicious fatty food so I knew I'd be upset with (the only) low cal salad - so I just chose what sounded…

Having a rough start, but I guess most starts are rough. I've been close on calorie counts for the day, but beating myself up when I go over on a specific meal - I need to give myself a bit of breathing room - but If I'm too nice to myself I wont stick to anything at all lol
