How do you do it? Eating a flimsy salad seems like a short term choice - but all the meals are so high in calories and sodium? How do you handle it? Last night I just had half portions of what I wanted, I still ate over 1500 calories!
Hey there - 31 year old - overweight all my life. Starting to gain weight even faster now - worried about my health! My familiy is dibetic - I should take steps to stay away from that.... I should have been taking steps for a while, but hopefully this is the beginning of a real change.
