  • Hello. I had the exact same problem and i didn't take anything other than vitamins, just added more protein for my macros. I couldn't pinpoint the cause. Went to the doctor and i had a stomach bug. Took a Zpack for 4 days and voila, donezo.

  • Various strength exercises using weights. 4X a week 45 minutes each. I started using Samsung Health "other workout" and I believe it takes duration and BPM and calculates calories burned. I think it should be close if not a bit under. Thanks for the reply.
