  • From what I understand it is a diet that is high in protein and fat, and very low in carbs. That diet puts your body into a state where you burn fat as energy! I have personally never tried it though

  • I struggle with this too! Really badly. The only tip that has honestly worked for me is to not buy it or have it in the house, and to drink a LOT of water when I'm craving it! Also herbal teas (chai) and coffee can help me when I'm craving chocolate, but honestly I know how hard it is. Good luck! :)
