So 2 weeks away from home has resulted in a disastrous weigh in this week! But my dad is out of hospital, I'm back to work and normal life and routines can resume. That's the silly thing. I haven't been doing anything really restrictive or over the top in terms of exercise. Every now and again I just get in the mind set that I want to completely binge on rubbish!
