I did really well with ww about 5 years ago when it was pro points but couldnt get along with flex do came on here. I do better when there are no restrictions but you monitor how much you are eating. So far so good. Good luck x

Hi, I am in a very similar situation. I was just under 10 stone before having children. Re-started my weight loss journey at the start of the month at 13 stone 10! Down to 12 stone 12lb. So around 3 more stone is to lose too. Feel free to add me as a friend x

Well done for stopping at 1 👍 1 biscuit isn't going to cause too much damage. Everything in moderation is the route I'm trying to go down. If I go completely cold turkey I know that I will just go off the rails again!

My friend had a gastric bypass and has lost a shed load of weight. It is amazing and I'm happy for her but it has left me as the 'fat friend' in our group!
