Hi! New member as well. I'm doing OMAD. Catholic school teacher. Soooo many snacks involved in teaching. I find OMAD makes my internal 'no' easier rather than focusing on the next meal time where I over indulge.

I noticed there arent a lot of active OMAD or fasting groups. I LOVED making yogurt. I used a half gallon of good yogurt in my instapot and then strained for greek style. At this point I could care less. At over 45 yrs 220 and 5'3", I'm more concerned with health benefits and getting the weight off of my body. With OMAD, bloat gone, pressure in my chest and neck and head gone after eating, heat feeling gone. Ill worry about lean muscle mass issues if and when I need to. I'm not arnold…

I just started OMAD. I find otherwise I obsess meal to meal. If unbearably hungry at home, I get out package of konjac noodles, 8oz broth, chop mushrooms, chop zucchini and heat and eat. That's about 50cal. Then big glass flavor water. That does me just right until between 5 and 7 when I eat. I'm just at the beginning, but…

Funny, I def can't do anything but OMAD. I find I obsess from meal to meal then. OMAD so much easier to logistically manage.
