  • Hi! New member as well. I'm doing OMAD. Catholic school teacher. Soooo many snacks involved in teaching. I find OMAD makes my internal 'no' easier rather than focusing on the next meal time where I over indulge.

  • At this point I could care less. At over 45 yrs 220 and 5'3", I'm more concerned with health benefits and getting the weight off of my body.   • I just started OMAD. I find otherwise I obsess meal to meal. If unbearably hungry at home, I get out package of konjac noodles, 8oz broth, chop mushrooms, chop zucchini and heat and eat.   • Funny, I def can't do anything but OMAD. I find I obsess from meal to meal then. OMAD so much easier to logistically manage.
