Try looking at peoples before and after pictures where they actually weight more but look slimmer because of muscle gain. Take progress photos of yourself to see if it’s all visual changes…
  • I exercise 5-6x per week too, and I know what you mean with not being totally truthful in logging everything food wise. I don’t log my exercises so sometimes I’ll be like ehhh I probably burned enough to eat this and not log it -_- Here’s to integrity! Good luck!
