Honest this time!

Hi,
I've used my fitness pal many times over the last few years, but have always been less than truthful with my logging. This time I'm going to track everything and be completely honest with myself and everyone else so my diary will be open (never done that before).
I'm a 37 year old mother of two, living in the UK. I am not overweight or wishing to loose weight, however I wish to drop some body fat which I can visually see. Body fat percentage was 24 in January but seriously doubt the measurement scales.
I train 5-6 days per week, training legs, chest and arms, back, and shoulders separately, and one full body circuits session per week, along with at least one spin class, and usually fit in a run once a week.
I'm hoping that my truthful nutrition tracking will highlight where I suspect my macros are out and allow me to correct this to firstly help control my appetite (I'm always eating), improve my lifts and see my body fat reduce!
Hoping to make friends with like minded people!

I exercise 5-6x per week too, and I know what you mean with not being totally truthful in logging everything food wise. I don’t log my exercises so sometimes I’ll be like ehhh I probably burned enough to eat this and not log it -_- Here’s to integrity! Good luck!
