Oh me too - I'm back for maybe 3rd or 4th time. I was on WW but got tired of paying. I already lost 91 lbs on my own and on MFP. Want to lose about 20 more. I am determined to get these last 20 lbs off. :D

I am 62 yo as well. I now have about 18 lbs to lose (already lost 100 lbs). I was very ill during the last year (had 4 emergency abdominal surgeries). Newbie here. I have a question. When logging food on tracker at the bottom are the goals for protein, fat, sugar etc. As long as i have my calories within my range will I lose weight even if the other measurement are higher than my goals?
