@ms_havisham offers a nice suggestion. I think I will try it too. Log your main meal early so you can see how to play with the remaining balance. I feel your pain, though. I would like to do 1200 but always end up eating more like 1500/1600. Some days I go waaay over. That’s probably why I’m not losing any weight. Lol.…
