When I did c25k, it said any workout you can't complete, repeat it on your running days till you complete it - then move on to the next run.

Fructose separated from the fruit is just like eating any other sugar, but that's completely different than eating fruit where the fructose is not separated. Straight sugar has zero nutrition, there's no healthy amount because it isn't nutritious.

If you're mixing the frozen veggies in something like a casserole, yes definitely thaw then refreeze, otherwise when you reheat your meal it will create a soggy mess.

I don't forget to eat, but my parents don't seem to care when or if they eat. Even when we go on family vacation, they don't know if we will be in the middle of nowhere at mealtime, with nowhere to eat, because they can just skip that meal and not care. I don't know how!

I eat 1200, do light exercise like walking, and don't eat more. If I exercise more intense, I eat a little snack.

I log weight whenever it goes down. So let's say Friday says 150.6 & I log that. Then it fluxuates up on Saturday and Sunday. Then down to 150.2 on Monday, I'll log that on Monday.

I recently read something about how it is a good diet for people with seizures, but is not worth increased triglycerides, cholesterol, etc, if you're not trying to prevent seizures.
