  • Thank you, I completely agree. It is insulting when someone passes judgement on the way you raise your child as if to say they think I'm not looking out for her and taking her health seriously. So thank you for the comment :)
  • Don't worry, my daughter is getting a superb diet, she is extremely healthy and the British and American dietetic association have both said that a vegan diet is safe for all stages of life.

  • I find it hard to stay within my calorie limit of 1430, I keep tending to eat over and it's really getting me down but I get hungry. She's really unwell at the moment so her sleep is everywhere but she isnt great with napping haha always seems to be at the most inconvenient time
  • Thank you so much for the comment! I'm actually not sure what makes me feel fuller but I am a vegetrtian. I could try bump it back to 6, she usually goes down to bed at 7.   • Yeah I know about the not being able to spot reduce fat, I was just adding that detail in incase anyone could give me tips on if I should be doing cardio, strength or any other. I used to workout when she slept at night but the cold evenings make it so much harder for me hahaha!

  • Thank you for the comment. I am very new to this but I thought that cardio was the way to lose body fat and weights were for building muscle. So I thought to loose weight I would have to do cardio as much as I hate it hahaha. Cardio really does feel like a chore though

  • Thank you for the reply. My fitness pal says i should be eating 1530 calories a day but I finding it hard to keep to this and im eating healthy. I keep going over which is getting me down but I am still loosing weight. I just want to aid the process with working out too

  • Thank you for the reply. Yeah I'll see how it goes. This might sound like a stupid question but I was using the HIIT workouts by thebodycoach as cardio. Are these cardio workouts? Would these help with losing body fat, especially round the tummy. I'm a beginner so have no idea what to do haha
