Strength training

Wrist pain
I have very weak wrists and when I do exercises such as push ups, burpees etc. I get a lot of pain in my wrists which leads to me feeling defeated and giving up. Emotional eating
I do this all the time, whether I am sad, frustrated, tired or happy, I result to food. Has anyone worked through this? I have a big sweet tooth and am vegan but will always find something to eat, if I have nothing sweet in it will be something else x

Binge
I've eaten 3350 calories today 😔 I went on a binge. My calorie target is 1810 calories so if I try eat 1200-1400 calories a day for the rest of the week it should be okay right? Any tips on how to do that?

Calorie limit
I have gone over my calorie limit which is 1460 every day this week and I started on Monday. It's getting me down but I'm hungry and don't feel like that's enough calories. But need to get it down so can anyone given any advice?
