    I posted on your other thread. Only you can make the changes you need to make. You need to find the discipline for yourself. No one else can. I wish you the best, sincerely. In my very humble opinion only; you are looking for something you may not be able to find an answer to on a general/public forum. Maybe talking to a counselor/therapist, if you feel so out of control.
