Although most on here would disagree with me, I agree with you, 2 liters of chemicals a day can’t be a healthy lifestyle choice. It might not hurt from a CICO perspective, but there certainly are health risks. One thing that helped me quit sodas was the little flavor packets for bottled water. There is so much variety,…

Thanks everyone! I work full time, have three kids, and love to exercise, so this little bump in the road has had me seriously discouraged.

When I’m having a craving or wanting to eat out of boredom, I’ll have black coffee or herbal tea. It helps hold me over until I’m really truly hungry.

For general health maybe fish oil or flaxseed oil? Good for heart, skin, hair, brain, etc. My doctor recommended them to me, but check with your doctor.

Dr is saying PT and that it should fix itself. I’m four months postpartum and they think that’s what caused it. Has anyone’s fixed itself?

Anyone else been through this?

I’m pretty sure it’s not enough net calories, but definitely check with your doctor.

One idea to easily increase calories is to drink a glass of milk with your meals. Calcium, vitamin d, and protein. Super good for breastfeeding.

I find prayer to be incredibly beneficial in clearing my head, helping my focus, and strengthening my self control. Holy Spirit Power by Charles Spurgeon is an amazing book.

I am not pumping. I’ve been doing this since I went back to work, and my supply has regulated very well. Supply and demand I suppose.

Congratulations! I just had my third child, my daughter is 12 weeks old! :) I had a 30 pound weight gain. For me, the secret was staying active, not drinking any sugary drinks (as much water as possible), and grazing (eating several small meals a day). I was blessed this time around, I craved banana peppers! With my first…
