Yes! I’m an emotional eater as well. I have a ton of health worries (had breast cancer 7 years ago) and my daughter also has cystic fibrosis so her diet is extremely high fat and high salt so it’s hard to not eat what she eats lol. I get like this all of the time. It’s a vicious cycle. Eat right and you lose the weight then the mentality is well since I lost weight I can overeat or eat whatever I want for a bit then I gain all of the weight back and all of my hard work goes down the turns. Awesome! I tried the new WW. I quit after a couple of days as I found it too low carb for me. I love being able to eat all food groups without guilt on MFP!

Make sure you eat all of your calories. If not your body hangs onto every calorie as it thinks it’s starving. If I dont eat enough I never lose the weight. If I eat all of my calories it works every time. Try that for a week and see if that works :) if you aren’t hungry at the end of the day add more fat and calories to…

I'm turning 40 in a few months. I have about 20-30 lbs to lose and am on a roll.....finally finding the motivation to not give up. The first couple of days was the hardest though. Just came back from vacation and I gained but am back on track for today. Feel free to add me.

Try to eat a lot of protein to keep you full. I sometimes go to bed hungry too if Ive eaten everything or have some fruit.
