Lost half a pound so far..I messed up yesterday and had chicken nuggets so yeah that pretty much ruined the progress.

Today I started..From the poster i put up above im going to try to tackle 6 of the items: No fried food, ice cream, chocolate, soda or juice, no cake or donuts, no cookies, or candy. Yall wish me luck
