I went to one a few weeks ago. I skipped the potatoes got chicken, green beans and a few other items. Ate one plate and a small amount of ice cream after. It's possible to eat at them still just have to be careful about what you put on your plate and how much.

Yes, it would be. Eat nutritious food limit food that is considered unhealthy. The calorie count would be different but the type of food would be the same.

Well just tried on some size 10s. They zip, they don't fit right but they zip that's a win. I'm not wearing them in public though.

All I am saying is people need to quit saying CICO is all that matters and eat what you like. That is terrible advice. They should say you should find a healthy balance incorporate things you like and be mindful of your nutrition. Many people get the wrong ideas when you say to eat whatever as long as it fits your goals.

Read it again in its entirety. She said that she was eating well. Then when she discovered MFP she started eating more foods that were not considered healthy and followed CICO.

Paleo is a good plan. I can't adhere to it though. Especially when some paleo eaters will tell you if it's not grass fed free range you're not eating paleo. I do at times eat paleoish.
