Lost 2lbs after coming off of a diet break. So it was good for me have another scheduled for August.

Mine doesn't either but they ask and it's in the record so law enforcement sees it when they run your license. But it's nice that cashiers don't see it when I buy wine.

When I worked for a beef processing plant we cut steaks for Outback, Chili's and a few other chain restaurants. We would weigh a 12oz steak at 11.5 to 12.5oz a 9oz would be 8.5 to 9.5. Smaller cuts would be a quarter ounce +/-

I hate exercising. I do it for strength, endurance and overall health. Eating more is a byproduct of exercise I don't exercise to eat more. I also don't exercise more if I ate too much.

Ended my break on Tuesday, today is Friday and I have lost 1.2lbs already. I have also been eating more than I was before the break by 200 calories. I think I may actually be more active than I thought.

I could never be a vegetarian. I'd die literally because I wouldn't be able to eat enough calories to survive. That being said, sometimes when eating meat I do get a little grossed out thinking that I'm eating muscle.

Ultimate goal is my original goal with mini goals in between. For instance I wanted to be in a certain pair of jeans a certain time frame. Then set a new goal whether it be a fitness goal or a weight/size goal. I decide as I go but have not changed my original goal. 37 more pounds until I hit that number.

172 so lost 5 this month. Not too shabby for taking a 2 week diet break. I forgot about this until today.

Just getting into the deficit is the "jump start". The first week I went into a deficit I lost 5lbs, water weight mostly. Vitamins probably are a good idea for many people. Lots of us are deficient in one vitamin or more.

Over a week of without working out from strained groin. So today I did the Insanity fit test. My numbers were down or equal none went up. Not disappointed I expected this. Just glad to be back at it today.

I am on a diet break right now and lost 2lbs. Although, I'm assuming the 2lbs was from the deficit that I have had from before the break. So technically I did lose weight after I increased my calorie intake.

21 day fix. There are lunges and squats but not jumping. I don't know your limitations but I'd try that one.

For me it depends on what time food is being served if it's noon, I'll skip breakfast. If it's later I'll eat low calorie filling items during the day. To save room for the stuff I want.

I took it before but I stopped early because I quit smoking. I felt that I didn't need it anymore. I had some crazy dreams one of which if I close my eyes I can still see it like it's happening now. I quit for 1.5 years.

I'm going to the dr. tomorrow to get a prescription for chantix. I'm nervous about appetite and gaining. I've been losing for 3 months so now it's time to quit smoking and really focus on overall health.
