Also I just started a beautiful pot of vegetable soup that I'm really excited about! I figured while I'm being kind to myself I might as well eat well and get lots of vitamins. :smiley:

Today I'm focusing on self-care and staying within my calorie goals. (Try not to go over 1500 for the day and most of the time I'm lower. Just depends on the day really.)

I'm down 7 pounds so far. It's definitely possible for me to lose 3 more in 2 weeks.

Started around 190 on January 1st, I'm 183 today. Haven't lost quite as much as I'd prefer but it's a good start for this year. 3 more pounds and I'll have lost a total of 60lbs.

I use saccharine in my coffee and tea most of the time. I bought some stevia to try but didn't realize it was mixed with erythritol. Might have to look around for a different brand. Can't do very much sucralose as I end up with stomach cramping, nausea, and lots of gas. Otherwise aspartame and what not in diet soda seems…

I've been averaging a deficit of 300-500 calories not including any light exercise I may have done to burn off more and it's been 10 days with no real change in my weight. A bit frustrated at this point. I was hoping I wouldn't hit a plateau.

A bit frustrated. I've been eating under maintenance for over a week at this point and I've fluctuated up and down slightly but really haven't lost any weight yet. Basically my weight plateaued again (it's happened before several months back). Trying not to be too discouraged.

Not sure where my reply went. Goals for today: -walk 2 miles (did 2.2) -do 20 modified push-ups (depends on if my arms have recovered from the day before yesterday) - eat less sugar today than I did yesterday

189.2 today. My foot has been hurting me when I put weight on it so I took it easier today. Still did exercise, just not a full hour, only 20 minutes of cardio. Today it was an hour of walking in place (plus later I'll be walking a bit with the hubby). Figured even walking in place has to be better than nothing. If I'm feeling fine later I'll do some floor exercises, stomach crunches, and a little arm work with my 5lb. weights.
