Betty. Or Veronica. Either one.

I don't tend to like very many of them - they don't taste as good to me as what I cook, and they are often very high in sodium (and I am very sensitive to salt). I often keep a Newman's Own LoMein on hand because I do think they are tasty, but I bulk it up with added chopped broccoli or some extra roast chicken.

While I appreciated her arm wrestling prowess, she never acknowledged my skills at thumb wrestling. It was a mismatch from the start.

Whenever she won at any game, she would jump up, and shout, "Winner, winner, chicken dinner!" Believe it or not, it gets really old really fast.

I got all the way through DuoLingo and it helped me to communicate well out of country. I am totally going to check out Busuu to reinforce.

A good friend of mine was on the last two seasons. Didn't make it past the first round, but he is trying out again this season. He is one of the most fit people I know. My kids love the show, and a few years ago I got them an 9-week session at a ninja gym. It was so good for them!

Does the restaurant provide a menu on-line where you can check it out before and plan? if the portion is huge, can you visually divide the portion so you eat less?

The only time of the day I can get a workout in with my schedule is early in the AM. I am up at 5:30 to meet a friend in the gym at 6:00. Knowing someone is waiting for me is huge motivation. Once you get used to waking earlier, there is no excuse for not working out. It has worked for me. Good luck!

To do a 5K without feeling like I am going to die.

I am in my busy season at work, which is going to make it tough for me to add beyond my normal workout, but I think I am going to start this next week. I am glad to have others endorse it!

I think it is all a personal preference. But, for me? Running, with some incline Leg press with my legs in multiple positions Dead Lifts Bench Press Lateral Raise (I love the impact on me)

I, personally, would not log it if it is part of my weekly activity. But, I do recognize that it is a day that is extra vigorous.
