I know I gained the weight over 4 years, but yes I have a horrible mindset of losing it fast. I am trying to learn to CHILL and let it take time.

I never said I didn't count calories before... I have counted calories, but up to 1000 NEVER over and many years before.

What if I messed up my metabolism by doing low cal diets before?! Twice I have done 800 calories or below for months at a time. I over time increased calories.

I have been doing an hour class at the gym a few times a week. I purchased a fit bit and it tells me all the calories I Have burned. I do think at times it OVER gives calories in my opinion. I am not sure how accurate these are.

I have been exercising and burning up to 700 during my exercises. I have NOT been eating past 1300 along with the exercises. Should I eat back at least half the 700 burned?

Thank you all for your help. I will make sure to continue to eat healthy and take care of my body. This has been very helpful as I was so confused as to how I was only eating like 600 calories after I exercised. I have a fitbit which automatically adds it back to my fitness pal.

Why is it bad to go under 1200? I am eating 1300..

Oh believe me my day is sedentary at work as I have to work online and on the phone.. Sucks lol. I was just wondering if I needed to eat those back or let them go.

I have mine set as sedentary as I work a desk job. I just can't believe how I earn over 300 extra.... Do you eat your calories burned back?
