To be honest I’m not a fan of social media. I don’t want to bore my friends so I try and do this myself but I see it’s not going anywhere. But I will talk to one who is close to me instead of me keeping this all bottled in. Thank you for your reply

I know it may not seem like a lot but I’ve been on here for 25 days and I have not binged! I added lemon water to my intake and when I find the urge I just drink water. I urinate all the time but I feel it’s better than eating all those calories and then regretting it later. I overeat, so this site has really helped me…

March 22nd Exercise: yes Calories: yes Tracked: yes Light 15 minute walk yesterday just under a mile. Had a lot to do with the kids so I didn’t make it to the gym. Ate healthy though and drank a lot of water.

Thank you I appreciate that! I felt so bloated and I think I’m retaining this water, but I go to the bathroom excessively. I’ll take it, just not used to a loss when I don’t feel I was productive.

Frustrating is right. Mine was 30 lbs, then 50, 60 and now I need to lose 100 lbs. it happened so fast. I let stress take over. I’m trying to keep a positive outlook on this though.

And I remember when I was at 216 I would complain. Now at 273 I wish I was at that weight. I have smaller clothes at home that also motivate me! I sent a request to be friends and we can motivate each other :)

Yes I have to agree now that I am logging my food I am really aware of what I’m eating. Preparing all of my meals is another benefit because I know what is in it and I don’t eat excess fat. I almost broke last night and over ate but I started drinking a lot of water to compensate. Then I was living in the bathroom lol

Thank you for the link! According to that chart I’m over the obese side but damn. My first goal weight of 170 is overweight. I really don’t think it’s that bad and I will continue to strive for that. If I want to go to 150 maybe I will but I’m not stressing that.
