2 eggs (omelet) or 3 eggs soft boiled for breakfast almost every day. If I don't, like if I skip breakfast, I am so psyched because I can have egg salad for lunch, or hard boiled egg snack. I try not to eat more than 3 a day (just in case <shrugging>). They work for me on many levels.

Thank you! I can make room for 9grams, but for that much I'd need to be aware. My regular broth has 0 carbs. Nine grams are hidden carbs in my book! I'm glad to be able to add it to count it in. Good calorie count at least! Thanks again!

I usually never see any difference when I diet... but this time, I'm noticing I'm sleeping better, and I don't snore as bad, and I'm definitely not as hungry all the time. I don't know about fewer farts...but I call Atkins cookies and cream bars, fart bars. I have to think about where I'll be before I eat one.

I didn't sleep well... I felt fine otherwise, and got right back to business without being too ravenous, but I've found that I sleep 100% better when I'm keto, and terrible when I'm not. My cheat night I tossed and turned, restless leg, sweaty, etc. etc. It's the only thing I can say I feel different when I'm on lo carb.…

I just had it at a local café yesterday... It was tasty but got cold fast so I only drank half... thank goodness, it just about killed me, but I'm down a pound today! I had never heard of it before yesterday either, and here it is again. I wouldn't do it again. Maybe add a little cinnamon/cocoa?

OMG thank you. That is really helpful. I thought 50g of carbs might be too high, but there are certain things- like lo carb wraps, craisins/apples on salad (I hate salad), stupid stuff like that that take me a bit higher than 30g, but lessen my psychic pain.
