I practice IF along with keto! Many benefits to both, however everyone's body responds differently. Do your research on IF, there's alot of great info out there. My goal is to drop BF% not necessarily weigh.. I drink my BCAA'S because I work out alot, and do fasted cardio at times. Best of luck!

I love working out alone by myself, I prefer it...once I get in my zone, I don't like chit chatting or peeps bugging me, my time is limited, so I have to utilize it efficiently!

Rarely! Scale measures everything ( water , fat, muscle etc) body fluctuates day to day, even hours to hours, my best tool is my measuring tape, how my clothes fit, and my food diary( logging honestly and logging everything)!
