If you can, get some old 80's/90's workout tapes. A lot of them have some pretty intense cardio. I know this sounds like a joke but I'm serious.

I usually start off light with some cottage cheese, yogurt with fruit, or just some bacon. Sometimes I'll make a chocolate Vega shake or fried rice with vegan 'egg' if I have time.

I like to make fried rice with mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, any combination of those. Sometimes avacado and pineapple is nice with fried rice too. Sometimes I like to sprinkle dried seaweed on top or make vegan 'scrambled eggs' (real eggs work too)

I usually only replace clothes when they are unwearable. Basically if I can't put a belt on it or restyle it then I get new clothes. I usually stick to cheaper stores like thrift stores or Ross. You could also check to see if a retailer is closing near you because their closing sales are usually 50%+ off.
