Hi all I would like to join you. I started walking on the treadmill in mid Jan. I didn't lose any weight until the last couple days. I am trying to eat less and keep moving. Well it has been a week now and at first I lost a couple lbs but now I am right back where I started. Not sure why as I am not cheating and even increased my exercise yesterday. Not giving up.

I am doing keto. In 2003-2006 I lost 185 lbs on keto. It is the easiest most effective plan for me. I had foot surgery and a couple bouts of pneumonia last year and gained back 50 lbs. I experience this when my blood pressure increases with exercise. Another reason could be you are not breathing correctly. Lack of oxygen will cause this too. Also protein before exercising could help if it is an insulin fatigue issue. Also monitor your heart rate. Keep in the correct zone, you may be overdoing. I suggest…

I respectfully disagree that a low carb diet and low calorie diet are essentially the same. I have lost nearly 150 lbs doing low carb. Often I have days that consist very large steaks, sour cream (I use as a steak sauce, i know it is weird but hey) My calorie count would be way up around 3500 for the day... day after day.…
