I am only 4 weeks and have gained 1lb in the last week despite doing everything the same with nutrition and exercise. It's scary to feel like you have no control and that doing the right things won't help.

For two pregnancies I left it and came home from hossy w/ a circa 1970's bush. The other one I tried to shave but I'm sure it looked super uneven. I was thinking this time,there should be no modesty left at this point, and tel the hubs to trim me up.

Wow, pregnancy brain already? Losing weight not loosing weight! SMH! I upped my cals to 1700 and am planning on eating exercise cals too. I usually spin 3- 4 days a week followed up with lifting weights. Hope I get to skip the sickness and headaches that sabotage all good intentions! Friend me if you'd like!

I noticed changes at 35. Now I am working my butt off (hopefully literally) so I will be in the best shape of my life when I turn 40 to cushion the blow. Another thing that is crazy is how much faster the 30's go than the 20's. I was just 31 and now I'm 37 whh!?

I am making some of these recipes today but I am not a fan of shiritaki's (ate them a lot on previous low carb plan) but was thinking of spiraling zucchini to make noodles. Hopefully it will work since I am on day 8 of keto and have regained 4 lbs of initial weight loss. So maddening!

I waited 6 weeks and until my dr said ok. I had a severe hemorrhage after c/s so I followed all the rules. I also didn't want to impede healing and complicate any future pregnancies. I would say wait but if you really can't then just walk. Enjoy your newborn b/c they grow so fast!

For now I am set at 1600 cals (bmr) and was going to ask if anyone ate back any exercise cals? I guess not since not many are experiencing hunger.
