If you have a back yard start a garden. The kids love it and it can really be a workout if you get into the weeding and hilling. Both of my kids loved gardening with me. And they were more favorable to eating veggies that they grew. :-)

My tween (11 in Feb) is a natural artist. I showed her your stuff and she gave it two thumbs up. :-) She has a fascination with FNAF.

This morning was homegrown bacon (smoked it yesterday) and farm fresh eggs.

Balsamic, Worcestershire, rice wine (not vinegar) and my tower of herbs. I use a lot of spicy brown mustard also, especially in basic pasta dishes and sauteed vegetables.

Oh geez vegetables are fun, smoke em, grill em, sauteed with a little balsamic or rice wine. Fresh lemon, lime and/or misc herbs. I love using eggplant to replace apples to make a healthy cobbler. I have a teen and a tween and feed my nephew on a regular basis so I know the veggies are good.

A splash of balsamic and herbs makes all the difference. Minimal calories necessary.

Remember that labels have room for error. As much as 20% for some ingredients.

I spent some time in the city as a student and discovered the perks of being a cityslicker came with a high calorie price. Lol Seems like anything that isn't homemade is very high in calorie compared to it's benefit.

My adult drinks are not low calorie but I'm ok with that. I love microbrew. :-D

Just let it grow out. I've donated hair a few times for locks of love, all it takes is time and trimming in between acts of rebellion. Lol
