fb47 is spot on. So if you are a beginner lifter you can put on muscle and loose fat weight. It’s a slower process but at least it feels like you don’t need to go backwards to go forwards. And yes eat your about 1gram per pound of body weight. Don’t go super low on carbs. Find the right balance. Best of luck.

Go into your settings and change your goal to gain 1 pound a week. Use the macro percentages to get set your macros. These are your Carbs, Fats and Proteins. Have an idea of how heavy you’d like to get. Say your aiming for 170lbs set your protein intake at 170grams or there abouts. Because your skinny you’ve probably got a…

Yeap what David said. On free version you can only set macros as a percentage. To pick the exact grams you would need the paid version. But you’ll get it pretty close with just the percentages.

Hey Jeff. Welcome back. You should be able to accomplish those goals. Keep yourself in a slight deficit and don’t skip the cardio.
