I'm seriously ogling these puma trackpants on an online shopping portal here since the past couple of weeks and because they're cotton I will have to go for xxl and unfortunately it's perennially out of stock :( FML so my goal is to shrink my waist and tummy so i can squeeze into them :) fingers crossed o:)

I'm so upset and angry i could punch someone, especially my new shrink. He put me on an anti anxiety/sleeping pill the previous one had me on that increased my appetite and made my eating out of control. I just finished off a whole packet of chocochip cookies after lunch. I've been doing well and not binging. This is likeβ¦

I have the same general regret like everyone out here- i neglected my health in my 20s. Roaring 20s when i was supposed to study,work,socialise,date etc. I was severely mentally ill and fat and i felt it was out of my control. I am wrong, I could've done something about my weight atleast. I could've exercised harder butβ¦

One sports bra 2 nsvs--> i favour jockey sports bras as they're very comfortable and give great support and their largest size fits me well. I usually have to discard them in 8 months as they tear easily coz I have(had?yay!!) a broad chest and thick arms. I'm still using the same ones since the past one year and a halfβ¦

My second biggest regret in life after not concentrating on my education is not marrying the man who was in love with me. He's an Indian military officer and we have lovely neighbours like Pakistan and China . Too much conflict that's why i turned him down. The dress I'm wearing today used to be very tight around my bust and shoulders. Today it's looser but that means my boobs have deflated lol not a very happy nsv but nsv nonetheless :D :p

I only walked 9.12 kms this morning and burned 600 cals in 97 minutes. I couldn't push through as I did skipping yesterday evening so my ankles are sore.
