  • Hi! I joined this group because I see a lot of people jumping rope at the gym, I think it looks fun and like a good challenge, as well as good exercise, and I'd love to know more and get into it! I love workouts that require almost no equipment.
  • I start on the treadmill with a light walking warmup and then either do cardio or interval sprints. After I walk to cool down, I do core using the machines, as well as legs using machines and sometimes arms. I'm still figuring out what I'm doing at the gym as well!

  • Hi I added you! I am a binge eater myself, recovering now! It becomes a habit, and habits are hard to break. When I start to crave food I distract myself by doing something else like taking a walk and grabbing a healthy snack after, or by journaling or drawing or doing something hands on. Chewing gum can help too!
  • I'm at 1210 calories so I'm with you! It's always a struggle, I try to eat a small but healthy breakfast, a good lunch and a smaller dinner on the days I'm not active or working out!
