So like. I'm sticking to my goal of 6k (which I still don't reach most of the time) that my phone tells me. If I get to 10k+ then that's just extra great! but. If I had a fitbit, my steps WOULD be higher because I don't have my phone with me every time I'm walking around... but I'm wondering would exercise steps count?…

getting steps in is the most difficult for me I think. If I'm at home I usually just hang out. Even if I take a walk it's not 10k! But I'm going to do this mostly so I can see my steps written out and hopefully try to get more. Also I track these from my phone, so when I'm at work/walking around without my phone my steps…

I don't know how possible it will be for me to lose 30lbs by June 1st since I'm starting this in March, but let's try anyway! challenge starting / current weight: 195 challenge / june 1st goal weight: 165 (170-175 is probably more realistic, but it IS a challenge!)
