  • The starch solution will work for you. If you are eating mostly that way and eat some things that have oil, it will still work better than the way you eat when you gain weight.   • Yes! I started at 268 Jan 11, 2018, the day after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The first 2 weeks were hard, but it's way less difficult once you're in a routine. Today's weigh in saw me at 245 March 15. I lost 20 lbs in a hurry, and got cocky and experimented with new recipes and ate out...so I stayed the same.…
