  • That's a good tip - I find the only way to know how many calories and macros I need is by experimenting with different amounts until it works and feels comfortable.

  • Hi Sardelsa, thank you for your response. My calories are 1430 per day, however this is just a ballpark figure, and some days I go over by around 150 and sometimes I go under by 50 calories.   • Thanks guys. Really helpful tips here. Waiting ten minutes is a good one and having healthy snacks available is a good one as well. The only way I have ever lost weight in the past is by tracking calories and I have to say it does make you think differently and be more aware of your choices. Good luck with your journeys!
