I have only been on Keto a week and loving it. It is amazing how full I am until the next meal. Higher fat and Protein is what makes me feel satisified. Carbs only made me want more carbs that had empty goodness for me.

The soon you start eating proper Keto, the sooner you will not have cravings for sweets and carbs etc. If you start out right away, looking for replacements for things than it is not the same. I could easily eat Keto forever. It is a plan to last the rest of our lives with adjustments for maintenace later. If a person goes back to not eating Keto, they often just go back to what they were.

Keto Diet does not mean diet as in short term. It needs to be how a person eats for the rest of their lives. There are good ways to maintain your loss if you are done losing the weight.
