I have trouble with IBS! Mine gets sets off, if I eat something that is too greasy or a little over spicy and I love spice. Not eating greasy Foods anymore so that shouldn't be a problem.

That's a good idea! never thought of cooking for four people and then divided into different meals. I'm going to figure out this meal prepping, I've never done it so we'll see how it goes. The recipe looks and sounds good. I don't do dairy much so I couldn't use the cottage cheese or regular mayo, I use Hamilton's just mayo it's non dairy and I have used mustard before. I'll have to give it a try. Thank you for posting and sharing.

I do but when I get close to my calorie limit the carbs will be too high. Need to stay at 20% or under for carb intake because I'm diabetic and I can't seem to even both at the same time do you have any suggestions on that I appreciate it. Soy is the worst, but gluten also effects your thyroid. I have problems with my thyroid too so I have to be careful with what I eat. Only have half of my thyroid left.

You are right soda and all that sugar it's not good for you it's not nutritious it is empty calories. Actually I didn't stop drinking soda because of the weight lose issue it's because I'm diabetic too much sugar. So I for a Treat once or twice a month doesn't hurt the sugar level as much if it's one soda then drinking it all the time for me.

That's one of the reasons why I'm on here is to figure it all out with my diet and do the best I can to get this weight off I'll figure out what's best for me and in this program and in this community I surely appreciate all the advice and information I'm getting on this site it's wonderful thank you.

Cheese! I used to be really addicted to it ate it like people eat sweets don't hate it but I don't crave it anymore. I try not to drink sodas but I still like it and have not lost my desire for it completely even though I try not to drink it at all.
