@xPia You can add me!! I've got about 90 lbs more to go. Since starting this program I've lost almost 17 lbs before this I don't know about 130 lbs over all. Taken years to lose that amount ( including the time I was not trying to lose)

I Need to improve the following areas Steps: only able to do around 2000 a day have problems with my feet but will work on increasing my goal to get to 10,000 steps a day. Water: I do between( 75 and 100 oz) a day would like to increase to double that amount. About 200 oz a day.

@HASWLRS! To be honest I can't wait to see what I'll either lol I know if I don't complete something I set out to do, I only feel worse at the end of the day. I will not do it if I am in a lot of pain or severe sickness.
