When I had the surgery I had to eat very light foods, I did that for about two weeks, & after that my cravings started & they were bad.   • @jgnatca Im really glad your surgery worked out for you! but I dont think I’d ever want to take that route for myself unless its absolutely essential, until then Im gunna try the natural route and work that out! thanks for sharing stay healthy!! x
  • @jgnatca thanks for the tips! will definately try to find something for myself! I did used to love my MMA ftiness classes, maybe I should join them again, but they were quite high intensity so Im thinking I will start them after my exams are over in june!
