I feel like I was reading my own story. There are so many "diets" to follow and every one works for a while. I've decided that I am going to eat whatever I want now as long as I log it and it fits within my calorie goal most days. If you go over your calories one day, just don't consider it a failure. It's one day, don't…

I've been sitting on the sidelines and not really putting much effort into anything for most of this year. Now it's winding down and I've managed to reach none of my Summer goals. I started anew yesterday, made a chart of my goals for the next three months, charged up my Fitbit, tracked my meals, and have a meeting with a…

I finally found my motivation and have been making positive changes and seeing the scale go down. It's amazing how much better I feel already. Never give up.

I didn't pre-log my dinner last night and thought for sure that I went over since I added a couple of frosty beverages to celebrate some much missed sunshine during this rainy Spring. This morning I figured that I'd log it either way, good or bad just to stay accountable. I was one calorie under my daily goal. Whew.

I officially pulled myself up and started back on track on Monday. I'm logging my meals for the entire day in advance which helps me to stay in line with no surprises. My Fitbit is charged and I'm hitting my daily goals. It's a lot of work, but I feel better already. Keep up the good work everyone!

I'm in. I'm going through a lot of changes. I recently ended a long term relationship and I'm starting a new job tomorrow. I want to start everything fresh and stay focused. I'm from Upstate Ny. My biggest challenge is going to be emotional eating and boredom since I'll be working from home now.

I try and incorporate veggies into my dishes by making stir fry, omelets with veggies, chef salads and gumbo type dishes. Try out new spices to add flavor.
