  • Newbie here. Yo-yoed last year between 230-265lbs. I’m at a high right now. 6’2” SW 262 GW 210 Day/Weight/Comment 1/16 I’m going to intermittent fast after breakfast till tomorrow lunch. This seems to help me launch any new focused time on weight and health. Considering making it a weekly thing? Anyone else find it helpful…
